Innovative and future-oriented technology center

True to the motto - the ideal solution for your product - Flottweg's new Process Center was launched in mid-June 2024. The 2000-square-meter technology center, which includes laboratory, testing, office and storage space, will, in the future, permit even more targeted development of customer-specific solutions. This will enable Flottweg to meet its customers' growing demands and to support them in the development of innovations and new technologies by providing comprehensive know-how and numerous separation solutions. Completion and opening is planned for the end of 2025.

What does the Process Center offer?

Customer-specific solutions

Beginning in the Fall 2025, the Flottweg Process Center will allow you to test your products under real operating conditions before you commit to an investment. The technical center will be divided into sub-areas to cater to different fields of applications. The focus is on application-specific processing of customer samples on a laboratory and pilot plant scale. Based on the results, Flottweg can provide the customer with targeted feedback on feasibility, machine design, plant technology, and the efficiency of the planned separation processes. Thanks to the immediate proximity to the laboratory and the technical center, it will be possible to respond to customer requests in an even more flexible manner in the future.

Company's own process lines for plant proteins and starch

With a particular focus on plant-based proteins, the technical center is equipped with fixed plant and specialized equipment that meet the requirements of the food industry. From single machines to complete production lines, customers are offered the right solution based on the company's extensive plant protein processing expertise. The new experimental production line can be used to closely simulate complete customer processes and to develop customized process solutions.
