Maintenance contracts
An investment in a Flottweg machine not only means a long service life, but also excellent service. We offer maintenance contracts for the entire product palette, which are tailored precisely to your individual requirements and can be flexibly concluded with or without a fixed term. In addition to proactive maintenance, our service includes checking operational safety and upgrade options as well as comprehensive reporting on maintenance with wear monitoring. We also offer safety integrity level (SIL) assessments.
Rental equipment
Flottweg has a large pool of rental machines/systems and rotor units. These cover a wide range of separator and decanter configurations.
During maintenance or repairs, these can be rented for an agreed period of time, subject to availability. Your continuous production is thus ensured at the same time your existing machine is undergoing maintenance.
In-house repair
Flottweg offers the repair of rotors, gearboxes, scrolls, modernization of complete machines or even complete overhaul on your premises - or, if space is limited you may return your machine to Flottweg for a complete overhaul or maintenance in our in-house service center. During this time, you can rely on our rental equipment if you need.
Replacement rotor
To ensure that you get production up and running again as quickly as possible, we offer replacement rotors and bowls for separators.
These include the scroll and gearbox and we offer a quick plug-and-play option for plants without a second production line or for plants with 24/7 operation.
Field service
As the name suggests, field service is carried out directly on site, at your premises. Our competent service technicians will come to you and can carry out the repairs and maintenance directly.
Automation support
Keep your plant up to date. We provide support with troubleshooting, retrofits, safety updates in compliance with the Machinery Directory, or modifications to your plant’s current capabilities. The Flottweg Automation Team is available to advise you.
Gearbox exchange program
For maximum production reliability without taking up valuable storage space: With the gearbox exchange program, we provide you with a new gearbox by express delivery in exchange for your defective gearbox, which you then send back to us. This minimizes downtime and ensures the ongoing productivity of your plants.
Retrofits + upgrades
Flottweg’s service also includes optional retrofits and upgrades. For instance, with the replacement programs for Xelletor or scroll exchange, you benefit from improved components without having to make an entirely new purchase. It is also possible to retrofit the Recuvane® system to optimize energy consumption or the Condition Monitoring system to keep track of inventory.
