“Solidarity is a top priority at Flottweg” – Flottweg training 2021

On September 1, 2021, 18 Flottweg trainees started their professional careers. Once again, Flottweg is one of the largest training companies in the Landshut area, taking on 18 young men and women. Team games with the new trainees were held in the first few days to give them a chance to get to know one another a little.

As in previous years, this year’s adventure for the new arrivals should have begun with an introductory and experience camp over several days. Unfortunately, this was not possible this year due to the coronavirus, and the induction event had to be held on company premises in Vilsbiburg.

Training staff were forced to quickly create a program in-house. Numerous skill games were played, but the focus was on working together as a team and supporting one another.

 

The new trainees especially liked the feeling of solidarity at Flottweg: Johannes Kellner, a new trainee as a mechatronics technician, explains: "Solidarity is a top priority at Flottweg, which I noticed within the first two days. The trainers also did everything in their power to create the best possible environment for us to familiarize ourselves with the company and get to know each other despite the circumstances."

 

A total of 10 industrial mechanics, 6 mechatronics technicians, and 2 industrial clerks with further qualification as foreign language correspondents now have the support of Flottweg as a reliable training partner.
