Flottweg supplies ES Mobile with a new mobile container system for sludge dewatering

ES Mobile, an expert in mobile sludge dewatering, has received a new mobile and state-of-the-art container system from separation technology specialist Flottweg. This enables the company to continue to provide flexible and efficient sludge dewatering support to its customers from local authorities and industry. 

 
This is the second container system that ES Mobile has purchased from Flottweg. The company is thus relying on proven technology: the service company first opted for a mobile dewatering solution from Flottweg in 2021. In 2023, Flottweg then received the order for a second container system, which was put into operation in July 2024. 

Flottweg takes over complete plant construction

The mobile container system was designed and implemented completely customized in close cooperation with ES Mobile. Flottweg was also responsible for the entire plant construction and equipment of the mobile dewatering solution. The centerpiece is a Xelletor X5E decanter, which ensures optimal and economical sludge dewatering. 

 
“We are delighted that Flottweg has already been able to manufacture the second mobile dewatering system for ES Mobile. In collaboration with the customer, we implemented the system design accordingly,” explains Julian Weinberger, Project Manager at Flottweg. “The Xelletor has established itself as the ideal solution for sludge dewatering in both the municipal and industrial wastewater sectors. Optimum dewatering of the sludge produced in particular can significantly reduce disposal costs. Just 1-3% more dry matter leads to a significant difference in cost development.”
