Flottweg receives eLearning Journal AWARD 2023 in the "Occupational Safety" category

Flottweg SE has been awarded the eLearning Journal AWARD 2023 in the category of occupational safety. In particular, Flottweg's high-quality safety instructions in the internal Flottweg Campus were honored with the award. These instructions have been digitalized in their entirety and can be completed by every employee flexibly, independent of time and location. From the idea to the development of the content to the implementation, the project was worked on internally at Flottweg. Flottweg received the A-ward together with software developer Cornerstone OnDemand, which provides the Learn Management System.

Workplace safety digital and flexible
Workplace safety is an important issue in today's corporate world. In addition to protecting employees, it also ensures that work processes run ideally in all organizational structures. To ensure this in a company with around 1,000 employees in Germany, annual safety briefings must be completed, adapted to the corresponding specific activities. In order to make the instructions as flexible as possible, Flottweg decided to completely digitalize the process with the help of a company internal Learn Management System "Flottweg Campus".
 

Jürgen Bauer, project manager at Flottweg, is delighted with the award: "The digitalization of safety instructions and the associated introduction in the company were an important step towards making Flottweg fit for the future in the area of occupational safety in the long term. For the introduction, we worked together with the employees to end up with a solution that is also as practicable as possible for the users."

The jury awards the AWARD of the eLearning Journal in the category "Occupational Safety" to Flottweg with the following justification: "In addition to strengthening internal safety and employee loyalty, the successful completion of the instructions also increases customer satisfaction and trust: With the presentation of digital certificates for the obligatory safety instructions, Flottweg SE proves itself to be a trustworthy partner and employer who cares about the occupational safety of its employees and adheres to its obligations."
