Sustainable Management Honored: Flottweg Receives the Silver Seal from EcoVadis

Flottweg SE has been awarded the prestigious Silver Seal by EcoVadis, one of the world's leading providers of sustainability assessments. This recognition acknowledges the company's comprehensive efforts to make its business processes responsible and sustainable. With the Silver Certificate, Flottweg is among the top 15 percent of companies rated by EcoVadis worldwide.

 

Flottweg, a leading supplier of separation technology, places the highest demands on the quality and efficiency of its products and also on its responsibility towards the environment and society. The EcoVadis assessment, which is based on international standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the UN Global Compact, evaluates companies in the core categories of environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. A total of around 21 criteria are included in the assessment. By specifying certain assessment criteria, EcoVadis enables certified companies to be compared internationally. Since its foundation in 2007, EcoVadis has already assessed more than 130,000 companies worldwide.

Key milestone for customers and employees

The company is delighted to have been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Rating: “It is a remarkable recognition of the hard work and dedication of our teams around the world, who are passionate about sustainability and social responsibility. Our machines for solid-liquid separation help to make a positive contribution to society and the environment in a wide range of applications,” explains
